Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds

Race across land, sea, air, and space in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, developed by Sonic Team. This premium racing title offers a dynamic experience with its Travel Rings mechanic, which warps players to new dimensions mid-race. With over 45 unique vehicles and 70 gadgets, players can customize their racing style to suit their preferences, competing solo or in teams across various offline and online modes. The game features the largest roster in a Sonic racing title, with 23 iconic characters from Team Sonic, Team Chaotix, and more, each with unique interactions through the Rival system, adding a strategic layer to each race.

Travel Rings and Course Challenges

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds features 24 courses and 15 additional CrossWorld courses accessed via Travel Rings. These rings transport players to new courses with special rules and challenges on the second lap, before returning to the original course for the final lap. This mechanic ensures no two races are identical, keeping players engaged with surprises at every turn.

Vehicle Customization Options

With five character/vehicle classes—Speed, Acceleration, Handling, Power, and Boost—players can further tune performance by combining front, rear, and tire parts. Each class allows for personalization, adjusting stats to match your racing style. Customize vehicles with paint jobs, decals, and choose from a vast array of gadgets to define your playstyle, enhancing movement efficiency and item chances.

Ongoing Content and Events

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds offers ongoing free updates, adding new characters, vehicles, music, and gadgets, with crossovers from SEGA and other franchises. Premium content is available through the Season Pass, featuring character packs and more. Festivals are limited-time events where players compete worldwide, while Legend Competitions test top players with unique rulesets, aiming for the Emerald Racer rank.
